Mold silicone mould has three ways, one is brushed die model, plane model, solid model (divided), perfusion model and BaoMo, these three mould way also is not the same, how to determine open die way you choose?
Brush mould
Brush model layers namely the silicone brush on the master pattern, general brush three-tier layers according to mould requirements, brush on the mode of pumping air into vacuum state, the first layer fringes brush reach the designated position, the second stick a piece of gauze, the third floor and then coated with silica gel, and then let it curing.
To copy products or model first besmear to brush a layer of mold release agent or agents, and then take a certain amount of silicone and curing agent (preferably in electronics to weigh) stir stir evenly, time, time not too long. Brush mould experience: after besmear to brush a layer of silica gel, it is best to wait for the silicone cross-linking besmear to brush a layer of silica gel, rather than immediately paste gauze or glass fiber cloth, the reason is: general thin coating, especially glass fiber cloth is more hard, easy to make the mould layer than smooth, thus affecting the replication products.
Perfusion modulus
Perfusion model is suitable for the product model used is simple and smooth, with plastic board or glass, taking a certain mix stir evenly, silicone and curing agent of a vacuum of silica gel directly into the product, after being dry silica gel forming, take out the products, mold molding.
Perfusion mold experience: the injection mold is usually made of soft silica gel, which is easy to mould and won't damage the products in the silicone mould.
BaoMo
General methods and materials is to mold all round, with rubber plate or wood, used a plaster will die ark filled is ok, another way of using resin coating, coating a layer of resin is a layer of glass fiber cloth paste, paste in besmear to brush, repeated two or three layers.
Mold experience: make sure that the die is made out of mold, because the die is easy to deform, and make a mold to prevent the mould from deforming.
