Product description:
Resin glass handicraft mould glue is high strength condensation type RTV-- greenhouse vulcanized mold silicone rubber, milky white or beige double component liquid mold silicone rubber. It has the resistance to heat resistance, chemical resistance, expansion, high strength, high tearing, soft and soft adhesion, no oil, no deformation.

0.1-0.3% or less shrinkage and temperature range of use: 60 ℃ ~ + 300 ℃.

Operation method of irrigation mold (injection molding)
1. The curing agent (B) is shaken and reused.
2. Part A: group B =100:2-100:3, this ratio is calculated according to the weight of A and B. The weight is subject to the result of the electronic weighing.
3. When the two components of A and B are poured into the container, stir well with A stirring stick. When the color is more uniform, it indicates that it has been stirred evenly. The bottom of the container and the wall of the container must be well scraped to ensure that the silica gel is fully mixed with the hardener. Silicone and curing agent must stir well, how did not stir, the mould will be a piece of has solidified, a no cure, silica gel will appear uneven curing conditions can affect the service life of the die and the silicone mold number, cause mould scrap.
4, silicone and curing agent mix, vacuum exhaust bubble link, vacuumizing time shoulds not be too long, under normal circumstances, not more than ten minutes, vacuum time is too long, the silicone curing immediately, the crosslinking reaction, make the silicone piece by piece, cannot besmear to brush or infusions, thus wasting the silica gel, can only put silica gel in the trash, to take silica gel to do again.
5. When vacuuming, the container cannot be filled too full, otherwise, when vacuum treatment, silicone can overflow the container easily.
6. The vacuum treated silica gel should be poured slowly from the tip of the mould box to make the material flow even and help the gas to flow out. After curing, the mold will not have air bubbles.
7. The mold can be completely cured after 4-8 hours at room temperature, not to be heated and solidified, even if it is to be heated to accelerate the curing time, the temperature is not recommended to be above 60 degrees.
8. If the prototype of perfusion belongs to ceramic and other silicon materials, it is better to put the prototype spray paint for easy stripping.
9. In order to achieve best results, the mold is best placed 24 hours after use.
