Note: the amount of curing agent should not be less than 1.5%

(5) injection molding
Slowly pour out the bubbles of the silica gel from one position into the frame. Until it covers the entire module. Place in flat, at room temperature for 1-2 hours, surface not sticky. It is recommended to leave the die after 24 hours.
In the process of using silicone, it is inevitable that a large amount of air will be added to the air as the curing agent is poured and stirred. But after taking the following measures, the bubble will be greatly reduced.
Ways to reduce bubbles:
1 reduce the proportion of curing agent and prolong curing time. As the curing time becomes longer, the bubbles will automatically overflow, greatly reducing.
Stir in one direction to reduce air bubble entry.
When making molds, apply a thin layer of silicone to the mother mould. When the bubbles disappear, apply the remaining silica gel. In this way, there is no bubble in the contact surface of the mother mould. It is very smooth.
4. Use a vacuum machine, pour the silica gel, put in the vacuum machine, and smoke the bubble.
In summary, reducing the production of bubbles should extend the curing time, the silica gel layer should not be too thick, one direction mixed curing agent and silica gel.

The factors influencing the curing time of silica gel include the proportion of curing agent, working temperature and working humidity. The higher the proportion, the higher the temperature, the higher the humidity, the faster the solidification.
