Notes:
1. The amount of curing agent should be determined by the temperature, and the temperature will be decreased. The curing agent overdose, the mold will become hard and brittle; The curing agent is used too little, the operation time will be prolonged.
2. To prevent the change of the mould silicone material, it is recommended that no silicone oil be added.
3. For the best use of your molds, please use the mold at least 24 hours after storage.
4. Hard molds can also be made from resin.
Production process:
1. Mould processing: clean the surface of the prototype soap mould and remove the molding agent (washing liquid or soap water) and blow dry.
2. The curing agent (B) is shaken and reused.
The ratio of the mixture proportion: B =100:2-3, the ratio is calculated by the weight of A and B. The weight is subject to the result of the electronic weighing.
4. Mixing: when the two components of A and B are poured into the designated container, stir and mix well with stirring stick.
5. Vacuum exhaust bubble: silicone and curing agent mix, vacuum exhaust bubble link, vacuumizing time shoulds not be too long, under normal circumstances, not more than ten minutes, vacuum time is too long.
6. Air release: the container can't be filled too full when vacuuming, otherwise it can overflow the container easily.
7. The vacuum treated silica gel should be poured slowly from the tip of the mould box to make the material flow even and help the gas to flow out. After curing, the mold will not have air bubbles.
8. The mold can be completely cured after 4-8 hours at room temperature, not to be heated and solidified. Even if it is to be heated to accelerate the curing time, the temperature is not recommended to be above 60 degrees.
9. For best results, the mold is best placed 24 hours after use.
