1. Ratio of silica gel and curing agent: 100:2 (weight ratio)
2. Pour the liquid silica gel and curing agent into the clean container and stir evenly. Otherwise, there will be some dry work after curing. The operation time is about 2~3 minutes.
3. Vacuum treatment. (the pre-vacuum silicone allows the container to be expanded 5 times. Otherwise, the colloid can overflow the container.) The mix liquid silicone vacuum processing, vacuum time is generally not more than 5 minutes advisable, otherwise the operation time is too long liquid silicone easy sticky, prone to bubbles, colloid solidification soon, will affect the quality of the silica gel.
4. After the vacuum liquid silicone is poured into the mother mould to form, the customer needs to select the irrigation mode or brush mode to make the mould according to the different product.
5. Mold silicone will be solidified in 3~4 hours, to ensure the quality of mould, it is recommended to be put into use after 24 hours.
